STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — When a pizza opportunity comes along, it’s time for a pizzaiolo to strike. And that moment came about a year ago when the Miftari brothers and cousins were introduced to the space at 1756 Forest Ave. Earlier in the summer, Di Farina came to this corner location in the Graniteville ShopRite shopping complex.
